Messages exchanged via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form are retained for the duration of our service engagement and up to 12 months after.

2.3 Technical Data

Standard website analytics data (page visits, browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics. This data is anonymised and not linked to your personal identity.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store card or payment details — all payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).
