• "Service" — project development, research paper guidance, career services, and any other academic support provided by ADR Lab
• "Client" or "You" — any student or professional who engages ADR Lab's services
• "Deliverable" — the project code, documentation, research paper, resume, or other output produced by ADR Lab

2. Services

ADR Lab provides academic project support, research paper guidance, and career services as described on this website. The exact scope of work, timeline, and pricing is agreed upon before work begins and confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp or email).

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete requirements before work begins
• Review delivered work promptly and provide feedback within the agreed timeline
• Ensure submitted work complies with your institution's academic integrity policy
• Not resell or redistribute deliverables produced by ADR Lab to other students

4. Payment Terms

We typically work on a 50% advance, 50% on delivery model. Payment details and methods are confirmed before work begins. Full payment is due upon delivery of the agreed scope of work.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the deliverable (source code, documentation, research paper, resume) becomes your property for personal academic and professional use. ADR Lab retains the right to use anonymised project concepts (without identifying details) for portfolio or marketing purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

ADR Lab treats all client information and project requirements with complete confidentiality. We do not share your project details, personal information, or deliverables with any third party or with other students.

7. Limitation of Liability

ADR Lab's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for academic outcomes, institutional decisions, or any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Revisions & Disputes

We include reasonable revisions as part of every delivery. If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed requirements, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the feedback and revise accordingly. Disputes are first resolved through direct negotiation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
